01. Select the color, size, and quantity of the product you want to purchase, and click "ADD TO BAG" or "BUY NOW". 02. Click the "Shopping Cart" icon in the upper right corner. 03. Confirm the order content, select the delivery method and payment method. 04. After completing checkout, you can check the order progress in the member center. *Products added to the shopping cart but not completed before checkout will not be reserved for stock. Product inventory allocation will be based on the order of checkout. *If the package is not received or refused and returned (calculated within 7 days after shipment) after delivery, the ordering account will not be able to use this delivery method if it reaches three times. *Domestic delivery time is about 2-3 working days. If you have not received the product, please contact customer service as soon as possible. *The estimated days for pre-orders are based on production time, goods delivery, customs inspection, etc. The arrival days for each product are different. If the goods arrive early, they will be shipped early. Please pay attention and understand. *Please note that if you violate the ordering and return rules set by Creatage without reason or maliciously, the company has the right to suspend your account and refuse you to use this service, and put you on the transaction blacklist. 01. Orders completed beyond the order time indicated in the form will be considered as next day orders.
02. If the package is abnormal, the customer service staff will contact you to notify you or send an email.
03. Online credit card post-payment orders - Orders that have successfully completed payment through credit card post-payment reconciliation will be shipped in sequence.
04. In case of force majeure, Creatage will handle the situation accordingly and announce it on the official website and fan page.
05. If there are a large number of parcels, the order will be delayed for 1 to 2 days. The actual delivery time will be based on the shipment notification email you received. Please understand.
06. If the net purchase amount of the order for the above payment methods does not reach the free shipping standard due to returns, the shipping fee of the original order will still be added when the return is refunded.
07. The actual delivery time will still be adjusted according to the order quantity, and may be advanced or delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
08.7-11 stores will continue to accept pickup within seven days. If you fail to pick up the package, the store will start processing returns on the sixth day after the product arrives at the store. It is recommended that you go to the store to pick up the package when you receive the SMS to avoid the store returning it early. Please pay attention, thank you.
09. Please note that SMS is not the only way to notify you. If you have not received a pickup notification, please log in to the official website to confirm the order progress or use the "Inquiry Record" to ask questions. Thank you.
10. In response to the Black Cat Delivery policy, the same-day delivery service in Taipei and Keelung will be cancelled starting from 2019/6/20 (Thursday).
11. TA-Q-BIN does not provide package delivery service on Sunday. If delivery is made on Sunday, the working day will be postponed by one day.
12. Once an order for a spot product is placed, it will enter the shipping process within 5-10 minutes, so the order cannot be cancelled online, please note.

| What is the return method? |

01. In order to simplify and speed up the process of obtaining suitable products, Creatage only provides return service without exchange. 02. If the size does not fit or does not meet your expectations, you can choose to return part or all of the goods within the 7-day appreciation period and then order again. 03. If the seven-day appreciation period is calculated as seven days from the day after receipt, the appreciation period is not a trial period. Please keep the product in new condition. For convenience stores, the first day is counted as the day after the pickup. For Black Cat Home Delivery, the first day is counted as the day after the delivery is signed for. Please be aware of this regardless of whether the delivery is signed for by the buyer himself (administrator/family member, etc.). 04. If you need to return an item within 7 days, please pay for the shipping fee yourself. To avoid disputes, please make a return only after you have received the product. Product discounts cannot be combined with order calculations. 05. After the package is picked up, the system needs to return the pickup information within 48 hours. Please log in to the member center after receiving the package (within the 7-day appreciation period). 06. Then go to the order inquiry and select the "Return" option to apply for a return. We apologize for the inconvenience! 07. If the pickup information is not updated for a long time, please be sure to contact the customer service staff as soon as possible within seven days of receiving the package for assistance to avoid affecting your return rights. |

Starting from 8/28/2017, the delivery service will be changed and the return package service will not be provided on Sundays.
Convenience store registration link description
Please return the item to the convenience store within four days of the return application date. If it is not used after the deadline, it will become invalid and will not be provided again.
*The returned product must be intact and with all accessories (including tags not removed/special packaging complete), and it must not affect the secondary sale of new products.
*If the combination product does not reach the discount quantity after return, the retained items will be restored to the original price
*If the amount of the reserved goods after delivery does not reach the threshold of the full gift activity, the gift must be returned together with the returned goods (new and unopened). If it is not returned, it will be directly calculated at the original price. The above amount will be deducted from the amount of the returned goods first. If there is a shortage of deductions, the order will not be accepted for return and will be returned by home delivery cash on delivery <Shipping fee ranges from 130 yuan to 170 yuan>
*Please note that if you violate PAZZO's ordering and return rules three or more times without reason or with malicious intent, the company has the right to suspend your account and refuse you from using this service, and also put you on the transaction blacklist. Please pay attention.
*If the amount of the retained goods in the order after the return does not reach the free shipping threshold when ordering, you need to bear the original shipping fee and deduct it from the refund amount. The convenience store shipping fee is NT$80/home delivery shipping fee is NT$120 (no need to carry extra cash in the package)

01. If the returned package contains personal items (not sold by Creatage), it will be returned by cash on delivery (home delivery fee varies from 130 to 170 yuan). If you do not respond within three months after being notified by customer service, it will be reimbursed directly. 02. If the return package does not match the return details, the return will be accepted directly according to the actual return goods received without further notice. Please pay attention to the product items when processing the return. 03. Once the return package is confirmed, if there is a man-made defective product, the return will not be accepted. Other normal products will be accepted for return and refund first. Man-made defective products will be contacted and returned by cash on delivery (home delivery varies from 130-170 yuan) 04. For abnormal orders after they are sent out, Creatage will notify you after receiving them. If you do not reply within the notification period, the order will be cancelled and you will be asked to place an order again (based on the current inventory quantity, promotions and prices on the official website). 05. Free shipping service is provided for one return during the appreciation period. If the original order needs to pay shipping fee (80 yuan for convenience store/120 yuan for home delivery), it will be deducted from the return amount. Please do not put cash directly into the package. If cash is received, customer service will notify you separately and remit the money back (minus the handling fee of 15 yuan) |
Frequently Asked Questions about Invoices
Creatage will enclose an invoice with the goods. To request a unified (company account) invoice, please click "Uniform (Company Account) Invoice" in the last step of shopping and leave the unified invoice delivery address so that the unified invoice can be sent to the filled address by registered mail one week after the order expires.
Overseas Member Services
(1) Overseas Payment/Invoice Instructions
Creatage uses a third-party payment platform system. VISA, MASTER, JCB credit cards and UnionPay cards from all banks can be used.
INVOICE
According to Taiwan's business tax law, Creatage will not issue a unified invoice. (Business Tax Law: Direct export of goods or services to overseas buyers is exempt from issuing unified invoices) Creatage will include a detailed list of goods in the package for verification of the goods.
Transaction verification code reminder
For domestic and foreign credit cards with 3D verification, you need to enter the 3D verification information via SMS before you can pay. The 3D verification part is sent by the consumer's issuing bank. If there are any related sending issues, please confirm with the issuing bank.
(2) Delivery method/package query 
Remark
01. Because each shipping company adjusts the calculation method of freight from time to time, the actual freight displayed at checkout will be the main one.
02. Import tariffs vary from country to country. If your country charges tariffs or additional fees for remote areas when you receive your package, the buyer will have to pay for it.
03. If the package is not received within the scheduled delivery days after it is sent, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
*After completing the checkout, it is deemed that you agree to the freight charge method and the handling method of customs duties/logistics fees.
(3) After-sales service
Due to the time-consuming air parcel delivery to overseas areas and the complicated cross-border refund process, we are unable to provide return and exchange services for overseas members. If you receive a defective/wrong product, please provide detailed photos of the defect/error and email them to our customer service mailbox within 7 days from the day after you sign for the package: info@creatage.com.tw. Please leave your member account number/order information/mobile phone number in the letter and we will assist you as soon as possible. If overseas buyers return the item on their own and the freight is paid, Creatage will refuse to accept it, and the shipping and related costs will be borne by the buyer.
Remark
01. Please be sure to fill in the correct recipient information. If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect recipient information and no one signs for it, we will cancel the entire order directly.
02. For returned packages, only the purchase price will be refunded (the shipping cost will not be refunded); you will also be notified by email after the operation is completed.
03. Due to different import tariffs in different countries, if your country wants to charge tariffs for the goods when you receive the package, the buyer must pay it by himself. If it is rejected due to local taxes, the package will not be returned and we will not refund any money. Please pay attention.
*Special reminder: If the local courier company fails to deliver the package multiple times and the customer service has not been able to contact the recipient, some courier companies will no longer return the package, and we will no longer refund any money. Please pay attention.
