2Accumulation period: White Card members are subject to a consumption accumulation expiration period. Members can be upgraded to Orange Card members when their consumption reaches NT$12,000 (inclusive).

Orange Card Member
☆Upgrade upon reaching a certain amount・Simple renewal
- Upgrade method: White Card members can be upgraded to Orange Card members when their cumulative spending reaches NT$12,000 (inclusive). The validity period of the first Orange Card membership is calculated from the date of becoming an Orange Card member to the end of the next year. For example, if you become an Orange Card member on September 1, 2021, the validity period is September 30, 2022.
- Renewal method: Orange Card members can extend their Orange Card membership for one year if they spend NT$12,000 or more or spend 8 times or more during the consumption accumulation period. The renewal period is calculated from the new cumulative start date and ends 12 months later. For example, if the validity period is until September 30, 2021, the new validity period is from October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022, and the second year renewal period is from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023... and so on.

- Upgrade method: Orange Card members with cumulative consumption of NT$50,000 (inclusive) or more, or White Card members with single consumption of NT$50,000 (inclusive) or more can be upgraded to Black Card members. The first Black Card membership validity period is calculated from the date of becoming a Black Card member to the end of the next year. For example: If you become a Black Card member on September 1, 2021, the validity period will be September 30, 2022.
- Renewal method: Black Card members can extend their Black Card membership for one year if they spend NT$50,000 or more during the consumption accumulation period. The renewal period will be calculated from the new cumulative start date and end 12 months later. For example, if the validity period is until September 30, 2021, the new validity period will be from October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022.

Each member is only given one gift; if you suspend the renewal of the Black Card membership, you will not be given the Black Card membership again.

Warranty
- Creatage bags are covered by a 1 year warranty. ・The warranty covers critical manufacturing defects in materials, hardware and workmanship. ・If the product was purchased from an authorized retailer, please seek assistance from the store the product was purchased at.
- If the product was purchased from our webstore, please contact: info@creatage.com.tw
- If a valid claim is received by Creatage within the warranty period, Creatage will repair the product without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.
- If Creatage replaces your product, the replacement becomes your property and the original product becomes Creatage's property.
Limitations of Warranty
- Creatage warranty covers products purchased through an authorized retailer or the Creatage webstore only.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by incident, misuse, wear and tear (eg abrasions), the natural fading of colors or deterioration of materials over time.
