橘卡會員
☆滿額升等・簡單續會
- 升等方式：白卡會員消費累計滿NT$12,000元(含)即可升等為橘卡會員。第一次橘卡會員效期計算方式係成為橘卡會員日起至隔年當月底，如：2021年9月1日成為橘卡會員，效期為2022年9月30日。
- 續會方式：橘卡會員於消費累計期間內消費滿NT$12,000元 (含)以上或消費次數達8次(含)以上，即可延續橘卡會員等級一年。續會效期為新的累計起日開始計算12個月為止，如：效期至2021年9月30日，新的效期為2021年10月1日至2022年9月30日，第二年續會效期為2022年10月1日至2023年9月30日...以此類推。

☆滿額升等・簡單續會
- 升等方式：橘卡會員消費累計滿NT$50,000元(含)以上或白卡會員單筆消費滿NT$50,000元(含) 以上即可升等為黑卡會員，第一次黑卡會員效期計算方式係成為黑卡會員日起至隔年當月底。例如：2021年9月1日成為黑卡會員，效期為2022年9月30日。
- 續會方式：黑卡會員於消費累計期間內消費滿NT$50,000元 (含)以上，即可延續黑卡會員等級一年。續會效期為新的累計起日開始計算12個月為止，如：效期至2021年9月30日，新的效期為2021年10月1日至2022年9月30日。
☆升等禮包・專屬禮遇
每名會員僅獲贈乙次；若中斷黑卡續會後，再度獲得黑卡會員等級資格，將不再獲得。

Warranty
- Creatage bags are covered by a 1 year warranty. ・The warranty covers critical manufacturing defects in materials, hardware and workmanship.・If the product was purchased from an authorized retailer, please seek assistance from the store the product was purchased at.
- If the product was purchased from our webstore, please contact: info@creatage.com.tw
- If a valid claim is received by Creatage within the warranty period, Creatage will repair the product without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.
- If Creatage replaces your product, the replacement becomes your property and the original product becomes Creatage’s property.
Limitations of Warranty
- Creatage warranty covers products purchased through an authorized retailer or the Creatage webstore only.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by incident, misuse, wear and tear (e.g. abrasions), the natural fading of colours or deterioration of materials over time.
